Pre-execution Control and Recommendations

The workshop temperature during the resin and hardener mixing process should be set between 20°C to 30°C. The working environment should be clean and free from any dust. The relative humidity should be below 70%.

• After adding hardener HBA, mix the hardener and epoxy resin for 3 minutes, and allow the mixture to rest for 1 to 5 minutes before application.

• Never use other hardeners instead of the dedicated hardener for Epoxy Casting.
• Even a 10-gram variation in the amount of hardener can affect the final result.
• Weigh all calculations and hardener amounts accurately using an industrial scale.
• Never mix excessive amounts of epoxy resin with hardener.
