Manapoxy EP65 is a two-component epoxy adhesive specifically designed for construction materials. This adhesive has a paste-like consistency based on epoxy resin and modified amine hardener. It is solvent-free with minimal volatile organic compounds. Manapoxy provides exceptional bonding and mechanical strength, creating a permanent bond. It is formulated for both dry and wet environments, making it one of the best-selling products by Mandana Polymer Engineering Company. After successfully passing all quality control and standard tests, it has been mass-produced.

Application Instructions
Step 1: Preparations Before Application
Ensure the surface is completely dry, clean, and free of dust or moisture.
Use the correct ratio of Component A (resin) to Component B (hardener). Avoid altering the ratio.
Do not add any other materials (e.g., thinner or other additives) to the resin or hardener.
Maintain the environment and surface temperature between 20–30°C during application.
Avoid heating the materials with flames or direct heat.
Keep the containers sealed after use.
Ensure the resin and hardener containers do not come into contact with water or moisture.
Thoroughly stir the hardener in its container for one minute before mixing.
Step 2: Application Method
Store materials at room temperature (20–30°C) for at least one day before use.
Weigh the required amount of resin, add hardener, and mix for three minutes until homogeneous.
Maintain a mixing ratio of 2:1 (two parts resin to one part hardener).
The mixture will initially thicken and then soften due to the reaction heat. It sets completely after 45 minutes.
At 25°C, initial curing occurs in 45 minutes, secondary curing in 6 hours, and full curing in 5–7 days.
If separation occurs in long-stored containers, stir gently to homogenize before mixing.
Wear gloves and a mask during application.
