Epoxy Topcoat with Hardener EF30
What is Epoxy Topcoat with Hardener EF30?
Epoxy topcoat is a durable, high-quality finishing layer made from a combination of epoxy resin and polyamine or polyamide hardener. Due to its excellent adhesion and chemical resistance properties, it is widely used in coating industrial, commercial, and residential surfaces. The topcoat is specifically designed to protect surfaces from moisture, chemicals, oils, and abrasion. It not only enhances the appearance with a glossy finish but also increases the surface’s lifespan. It is commonly used as a final coating for flooring and other surfaces.
How to Use Epoxy Topcoat with Hardener EF30?
Prerequisites:
– A scale is required to weigh the materials.
– Ensure the surface is completely dry and free from any moisture before application.
– Before applying the material, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of dust and moisture.
– Correct mixing ratio of soft epoxy with hardener is mandatory (according to the attached resin and hardener mixing percentage table). Avoid deviating from the ratios.
– Do not add any other materials (such as thinner or other lubricants) to the epoxy or hardener.
– The ideal temperature for the environment and surface is between 20°C to 30°C.
– Avoid heating the materials with open flames or direct heat.
– If the surface is greasy, clean it with OP30 degreaser solution and let it dry completely.
– Ensure that all tools and containers used are completely clean and free from contaminants.
– Keep the resin and hardener containers tightly sealed.
