Step 1: Surface Preparation
Underlayment Mortar 801 can be applied in any thickness, providing a final surface free of gaps, cracks, or even micro-cracks. It is suitable for all surfaces (floors and walls) with gaps, cracks, or grooves. Its high durability prevents re-cracking and prepares the area for waterproofing. Before application, ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned, swept, and dried.
Step 2: Pre-Application Recommendations and Checks
Ensure the surface is clean before application.
Avoid applying Underlayment Mortar 801 at temperatures below 15°C or on rainy days.
Do not store the material at temperatures below 5°C.
Prevent freezing of the material in storage containers.
Step 3: Applying Underlayment Mortar 801
It can be applied using a brush or paint roller. Semi-stiff brushes are recommended, and very soft brushes should be avoided.
This single-component product comes in ready-to-use packaging.

Storage and Safety Instructions for Underlayment Mortar 801
The shelf life of Isopol waterproofing material is 12 months in its original 2, 8, or 12 kg factory-sealed packaging.
Store the packaging in a dry place away from direct sunlight, water, or rain.
Avoid storing waterproofing containers at temperatures below 5°C.
Do not allow the material inside the containers to freeze.
While the 801 mortar is non-toxic, wearing gloves, goggles, and work clothing during application is recommended.
Although this material is not classified as hazardous or harmful to health and the environment, rinse with water immediately if it comes into contact with the skin or eyes.
