Dual-component P40 Sealant

The P40 adhesive sealant, which is a dual-component product developed by Mandana Polymer, is exclusively designed for application on various surfaces such as floors and walls, particularly those with cracks, holes, and other defects. This sealant can be applied easily, due to its remarkable strength, effectively preventing additional surface cracking. Furthermore, it prepares the intended surface for waterproof membrane work, ensuring optimal conditions. This product has extremely durability in challenging environmental conditions (like abrasion, wear, positive and negative pressures and sunlight), acidic and alkaline substances and excellent adhesion to various surfaces such as stone, concrete, metal, ceramic and wood.

The dual-component P40 adhesive sealant is used for subflooring and filling joints and hairline cracks up to 1 millimetre in various area surfaces including balconies, pools, saunas, jacuzzi, rooftops, and other building components that require waterproof membrane . Once the subflooring and crack repairs are completed using the dual-component adhesive, it enables subsequent tasks such as waterproof membrane, brickwork, or tiling to be carried out.Dual-component P40 Sealantcould be easily applied with a trowel and is cost-effective.

How to use P40 two-component sealant?

Step 1: Preparation of the isopole subtask

Use two-component sealant P40 to fill small seams and cracks. Repair all seams using p40 glue.

Deep seams or holes and surface differences, etc., must be repaired by concrete or substructure 801-WP80.

After concreting, in order to use the sealant, it is necessary to make sure that the concrete is dry. The old concretes were completely dry due to the passing of the execution time, and there was usually grease and dirt on the surface. For this reason, it is better to clean the surface before applying adhesive sealing.

Step 2: Pre-implementation control and recommendations

Before application, the desired surface should be well washed, swept, cleaned and dried.

Do not apply P40 two-component glue at a temperature lower than 15 degrees Celsius, also on rainy days.

Do not store the material below 5 degrees Celsius.

The ingredients in the storage containers should not be frozen.

Mix the resin solution for 2 minutes.
Mix 200 grams of powder with 100 grams of resin solution and make it completely homogeneous. (If it is not homogenized, there is a possibility of leaving the work after implementation.)

Note: The obtained mixture can be made thicker or thinner according to the place of use.
