What is roof and balcony waterproofing?

مرحله 1: آماده سازی زیر کار عایق رطوبتی ایزوپل
- قبل از اجرای عایق رطوبتی ایزوپل پشت بام WP10 سطح موزاییک (کاشی یا سرامیک) باید شسته و تمامی جرمهای آن زدوده شود. ممکن است برای این کار نیاز به جت واش و یا حتی ساب زدن باشد. در هر صورت، سطح جهت عایقکاری با عایق رطوبتی ایزوپل باید تمیز و فاقد هر گونه چربی یا جرم باشد.
- با توجه به اینکه کیفیت عایق رطوبتی ایزوپل پشت بام WP10 بسته به کیفیت سطح زیر کار دارد، سطوح متزلزل، سست و یا ناصاف برای عایق کاری مناسب نمی باشد.
Step 2: Pre-implementation control and recommendations
- Before application, the desired surface should be well washed, swept, cleaned and dried.

مراحل اجرای عایق رطوبتی ایزوپل پشت بام (WP10) (موزاییکی- کاشی- سنگ)
- Apply a layer of WP30 primer completely to all parts of the roof using a hair roller. For this purpose, 150 grams of primer should be used per square meter of area. Allow WP30 primer to dry for 3 hours at 25°C.
- Any seam between the mosaics, as well as voids in the working surface and damaged parts of the mosaic, must be repaired with WP80-801 substrate or P40 sealant (according to the relevant instructions).
- Must be muscled between connections (parapet walls to each other or to the floor). For this purpose, use WP80-801 primer or P40 sealant (using the relevant instructions). The corners must have an angle of 45 degrees. If the muscle has already been stretched, this step is not needed.
